It's a Beauty Bash With Benefit Cosmetics!

The holiday season may be over, but the excitement of serving as host for the “Wow! Your Brows Beauty Bash” with Benefit Cosmetics still lingers, y’all!

Chicago notables braved the snowy, cold weather to indulge in a little pampering, sweet treats, wine, (duh!) and beauty conversation with Benefit’s National “Brow Artist, Nikki Hall and team at the Benefit Armitage Boutique (852 W Armitage Ave, Chicago, IL 60614). Complementary waxes, ‘brow makeovers and makeup styling tips to last through 2018 were all on the deck, and of course, I trailed with my trusted IPhone in tow - capturing the most glamourous (and very necessary) selfies!

“What’s really cool about Benefit Cosmetics is that we have a system called ‘brow mapping’ that allows us to customize a look to compliment your face shape, said Hall. When guests leave tonight, they’ll be able to achieve the same look with the Benefit products, because they’re so easy to use.” Speaking of products, guests were treated to goodie bags jam-packed with essentials to keep their ‘brows snatched for days! One of my absolute favorites – The High ‘Brow Pencil, lifts the ‘brow bone and diminishes the appearance of stray hairs between waxes. And let us not forget about the importance of proper care (outside of the waxing, tweezing and threading) for your ‘brows. Whether your ‘brows are sparse, or difficult to maintain, you can use the nourishing-rich Brow-Vo Conditioning Primer to achieve fuller looking ‘brows, or tame hairs that tend to do their own thing. Oh! And I almost forgot to mention how much I love the Precisely My Brow Pencil! Since my 'brows are tattooed, this product allows me to recreate a defined and natural looking shape without spending an absurd amount of time. Now, that is fabulous.

Check out some of the photos from the event, and check back for the segment that we filmed for WCIU’s The Jam! In the meantime, tell me: How do you like to wear your ‘brows?

Cheers,

Nicole
